This project is the perfect “All About Me” community-building activity for your class. It connects the individual with the group using tessellations and has a ton of “wow factor” when complete because it is so original. The message is clear. Each student is an individual with their own interests and talents, yet when combined with their classmates, they can create something beautiful and meaningful because we are all connected!
