Great St. Patricks Day Activity: Pop Art Leprechaun Collaboration Door Poster

Pop Art St. Patrick’s Day Leprechaun Collaboration Poster. This leprechaun art project is intended to complement/supplement any lessons, activities, or celebrations you are doing for St. Patrick’s Day. This St. Patrick’s Day activity makes a great classroom focal point and a lasting example of collaboration for your students—not to mention that it makes a bright and beautiful display for your door, bulletin board, or hallway!

There are two options, so you can choose what works best for you and your students. Both options are very easy. Each student is given one page of the poster to color. Once all sheets are colored and cut out, they are then assembled to reveal a large collaboration mosaic/poster/mural of a Pop Art Leprechaun for St. Patrick’s Day.

Poster Option #1: The colors have been assigned. Students will follow the colors assigned using a color key on each page.

Poster Option #2: The colors have NOT been assigned. Let your students color the poster whatever colors they want (or that you assign).

  • There are 35 pieces.
  • Each piece fits on 8.5″ x 11″ standard copy paper.
  • The final poster measures approximately 35″ x 63,” but the exact size depends on your printer options.

Easy for Teachers & Fun for Kids!

My teaching partner & I have been using these throughout the year during our no special days. We get both classes together & the students just love working together to create a piece of art.

We always decorate our door every month with a particular theme. We used this for March and the kids loved seeing it come together as students finished their pieces. They enjoy pointing out to other students who are not in our class, which pieces they colored and contributed to the “door decor”, as we call it. Thank you!
